It depends on the problem, which is why our technicians diagnose first and quote second. One flat price for the repair, agreed before anything is touched, and the diagnostic fee comes off when you hire us. No hourly meter and no surprise line items on the invoice.

Yes. We repair any make or model of HVAC system, and we install all major brands.
Three things decide it: the age of the system, the refrigerant it runs on, and what the repair costs against a new install. A ten year old unit with a cheap fix is worth repairing. A fifteen year old R-22 system with a failed compressor usually is not, because the refrigerant alone can cost more than the repair. We will tell you which one you are looking at and quote both options so you can decide. We do not push replacements onto systems that still have life in them.
